Getting to know Anicia Brooks Anicia Brooks is a young and vibrant upcoming designer based in La Romain, Trinidad registered under the name “Anibrook “. Anicia first got involved in fashion designing because her dream job ever since she was a little girl was to become a fashion designer. Over the years the dream grew which lead her to UTT (Caribbean Academy of Fashion Design) where she obtained a Bachelors of Fine Art in Fashion Design.
